- 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the following commercial items: Computerized key tracking system. The system should be able to handle a minimum of 16000 keys. The system should also include a cabinet on casters for ease of mobility and quick release rings. The only type of system that will be considered is a computerized system. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F10603-02-T-0360. This procurement is being issued as 100% GSA Contract SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-008 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. North American Industry Classification System 421430 applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination for delivery to 366 Wing, Mountain Home AFB, ID 83648. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, apply to this solicitation. The provisions at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-- Commercial Items, apply to this solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Specifically, the following clauses cited are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, FAR 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; FAR 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; FAR 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Handicapped Workers; FAR 52.222-37, The clause at DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Specifically, the following clauses, cited are applicable to this solicitation: DFARS 252.225- 7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payment Program. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.224-1, Privacy Act Notification and FAR 52.224-2, Privacy Act, applies to this solicitation. The provision at FAR 52.215-1, Instructions to Offerors--Competitive Acquisitions applies to this solicitation. Award will be based on best value. Government will consider all factors such as price, quality, warranty, software support etc? All proposals can be mailed to 366 Contracting Squadron, P.O.
