- The Federal Highway Administration wishes to purchase 1 each Rovver 600 Crawler and peripherals. Solicitation DTFH70-02-RFQ-0043 is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; additional information can be viewed at the solicitation link to this notice. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This action is 100% small business set aside (FAR 52.219-6). All firms or individuals responding must be registered with Center Contractor Registration (CCR). The North American Industry Classifications System (NAICS) code is 421810 with a standard of 500 employees. Items contained in this solicitation are for delivery FOB destination Federal Highway Administration, 610 East Fifth Street, Vancouver, WA.
