- Description
- The DHHS/Office of Inspector General, Office of Audit Services, through services provided by the DHHS/Program Support Center, intends to award a sole source, simplified acquisition to Internet Security Systems Inc., 6303 Barfield Road, Atlanta, GA 30328. The requirement is for ISS-T1 Traveling License for Internet Scanner for the period of one year, quantity of 2. This software license is proprietary to Internet Security Systems, Inc. This is not a request for competitive quotations. Award will be made utilizing simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). No solicitation is available for this requirement. Interested concerns may submit a capability statement within 10 days after the publication date of this notice. All timely responses will be considered, however, a determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon the responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses should be addressed to the attention of the Contracting Officer referencing number 02EOIG000221.
