- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service proposes to award a Multi-Year, Firm Fixed Price Non-Personal Healthcare Service Contract for a Board Certified Vascular Surgeon to provide a four (4) hour clinic the 1st and 2nd Wedesday of each month at the Rapid City PHS, IHS Hospital, 3200 Canyon Lake Drive, Rapid City, SD 57702. Period of performance will be for 12 months witha base year and four (4) one year, option years. Duties will be performed as outlined in the statement of work as attached in the solicitation packet. Request for RFQ-02-101 shall be made in writing or telefax at (605) 226-7669. The solicitation will be made available approximately 15 days after publication of this announcement.
