- 7202 Road Restroation, RFQ 14-02-070. Issue: 9/25/02 Due: 10/18/02. The Kootenai National Forest, Rexford Ranger District is soliciting quotes for road restoration work. Work includes installing ditch relief culverts and replacing existing culverts. Installing surface water deflectors, constructing drainage dips, placing government furnished aggregate and riprap and reconditioning roadbed. Estimated start work date is July 1, 2003 with a completion date of September 30, 2003. Not set aside for small business.
