Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Fort Keogh Livestock and Range Research Laboratory located in Miles City, Montana requires deliveries of whole kernal corn, soybean oil meal, and alfalfa cakes for cattle. The period of performance varies with commodity. Deliveries shall be made Monday through Friday only between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M, EXCLUDING FEDERAL HOLIDAYS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SCHEDULED. OFFEROR'S SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING AND DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THIS SOLICITATION AND ANY AMENDMENTS ISSUED ON THIS SOLICITATION. POTENTIAL OFFEROR'S ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S MAILING LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE FAXED TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER (970) 229-5531 AND REFERENCE SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-051-82HW-02. REQUESTS SENT BY E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. Fax quotations are acceptable to Lee Shea (970) 229-5531 on or before September 23, 2002 by 5:00 P.M. (MDT). This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS is 422510 with a small business size of 500 employees. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-051-82HW-02 which will be available on or about September 11, 2002. The anticipated award date is September 24, 2002. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
