- ***Note change in solicitation closing date**** Anticipated Solicitation Opening Date 30 September 2002 Anticipated Solicitation Closing Date 31 October 2002 Defense Supply Center Richmond will be soliciting a multiple NSN solicitation for approximately 102 NSNs relating to machine parts. These NSNs belong to the following Federal Supply Classes (FSCs). 1270 1560 1610 1615 1620 1630 1650 1660 1670 1680 1730 2835 2840 2925 4920 5365 6605 6615 6620 *Note, 22 NSNs have surge requirements Contractor may quote on as many NSNs as they have the capability to perform. The NSNs have been grouped utilizing the World Wide Web Industrial Capabilities Assessment Program (WICAP). WICAP uses the Department of Commerce?s North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) to group the NSNs into the groupings based on similar manufacturing processes. I The resulting award(s) will be indefinite quantity contract(s). The solicitation contains a one-year base period with four 1-year option periods. The Contractor is required to provide pricing for the base period and option periods. This requirement will be a total small business HUB ZONE set-aside with the potential for split awards. The total estimated dollar value of this procurement is $5.4 Million. All solicitation documents related to this procurement will be posted to the DSCR Contracting website, www.dscr.dla.mil/ka. All of the items are competitive and have complete technical data packages. Links to these drawings can also be found on the website referenced above. Offerors will be required to register on the website in order to receive a copy of the solicitation.
