Offer B: Per GDLS PN 11642121-1, Offer A: Per Drawing number (19207) 11642121-1 and all related data. Required delivery is 280 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp on its issue date of 10-01-02. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The Small Size standard is 1000 employees. Drawings are posted with the solicitation on the DSCC solicitation web-site. If the drawings are not posted with the solicitation, see Clause L07 -Availability of Drawings for information on how to obtain the drawings. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. Proposed procurement contains a 38% option for increased quantities. This is 100% small business set-aside. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
