Description

NA The US Army Research Laboratory (ARL), intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-2 from ARMAG Corporation, 40 Lucknow Court, Bardstown, KY 40004-2113 for the purchase of one (1) Explosives Magazine in accordance with the S pecifications to be included in the RFQ. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The solicitation will be po sted to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal. This notice of intent is not a request for competitiv e proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this noti ce is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No telephone requests will be honored.
