- Description
- The Acquisition Management Department, National Naval Medical Center has a requirement on behalf of the Automated Testing - Complex Testing Laboratory at Bethesda. MD. NNMC intends to award a sole-sourced standing order to International Remote Imaging Systems 9172 Eton Avenue Chatsworth, CA 91311-5874 for reagents specifically for use on their Yellow Iris Model 500 Urinalysis Analyzer. A copy of the solicitation may be viewed and downloaded at www.neco.navy.mil. Award will be made in the form of a SF1449 commercial purchase order for the period 1 November 2002 through 30 September 2003. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This acquisition is being conducted under the guidelines as set forth in the Simpliifed Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Award will be contingent upon availability of FY03 funding.
