- Description
- The Bureau of Land Management intends to award sole source purchase orders for software upgrades, training, and maintenance to Z/I Imaging Corporation, Englewood, CO, pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. These orders will be issued in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The procurements/software exchanges (Phodis) are for one each of the following software items; ImageStation SSK Pro, ImageStation Automatic AT, ImageStation OrthoPro, ImageStation Automatic Elevations, CAMAP/NT, I/RAS C, and GeoMedia; training will consist of five days of customized ImageStation training; and maintenance will be for twelve each of the following software items: SSK Pro Standard Configuration, ImageStation Automatic AT, ImageStation OrthoPro, ImageStation Automatic Elevations, I/RAS C software, Autoscan, Photscan, CADMAP/DGN for ImageStation software, Photoscan 2001 Roll Feed Production System: and for thirty-six of the following software items: P-CAP/32, CADMAP/DGN for Phodis Analytical. All responsible sources who can provide the above listed software, training, and/or maintenance may indicate their interest by submitting a written narrative statement of capability within 7 days of the date of this notice to Charles Glover at the above address for consideration by the agency. Response must include detailed technical information and other technical literature demonstrating the ability to meet these requirements. Responses shall also include itemized pricing that is sufficient to make a determination that competition is feasible. If no affirmative responses are received within 7 days of this notice, an order will be placed with Z/I Imaging. Applicable NAICS codes for these procurements are 511210 and 514210.
