- NA This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with simplified acquisition procedures in FAR 13 and the format specified in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announceme nt constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The solicitation number, DAKF61-02-Q-0065 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is due by COB 23 September 2002. This action is small bu siness set aside. The SIC is 2452. The NAICS is 321992. The size standard is 500 employees. The site of work/delivery is Parks Reserve Forces Training Area, Dublin, CA 94568-5021. CLIN 0001: provide one mobile modular classroom building, 36? X 60? (2,160 s q ft), drawings available via email request to contracting officer. Building may be a refurbished unit (from the mid-1980s thru mid-1990s) but must match existing mobile modular building on the site. Bldg to include new floor tiles, new exterior paint, new exterior doors, new interior wall coverings, three (3) each new interior offices (12? X 12?), electric HVAC system for entire bldg (Colors for floor tile, interior & exterior walls will be furnished by the customer [RTS-MED] Paul Eclips) $________.__. CLI N 0002: transfer fee $_____.__. CLIN 0003: delivery $ ______.__. CLIN 0004: block/level $ ______.__. CLIN 0005 piers/pads $ _______.__. CLIN 0006: skirting $ ______.__. CLIN 0007: seismic tie-downs with engineering $______.__. CLIN 0008: three (3) sets of standard metal steps (non-OSHA) similar to steps on existing bldg $ _______.__. CLIN 0009: one (1) ADA approved ramp $ ______.__. Steps and ramp to be placed at doors by the contractor. Government to provide: an accessible, penetrable site with site work c ompleted, steps elevating & attachment to bldg, ramp transition to grade, furniture, & hook up to utilities. The cost of any permits other than that in CLIN 0002 will be borne by the government.
