Description
NA Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to perform maintenance and repair services to various buildings, facilities and structures for the 81ST Regional Support Commands facilities located within a pproximately a 100 mile radius of Mobile, Alabama. Locations include: Alabama/(Mobile County): Wright United States Army Reserve Center (USARC), Mobile; Sgt William W. Seay USARC, Mobile and AMSA #151, Mobile. Mississippi: Doyle Overton Hickey USARC, G ulfport (Harrison County) and Pascagoula USARC, Pascagoula (Jackson County). Florida: Milton USARC, Milton (Santa Rosa County) and George P. Wentworth USARC, Pensacola (Volusia County). The period of performance is twelve months from date of award with two one-year option periods. This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract. The Government guarantees a minimum of $25,000.00 per year. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 233320, 1542, $28,500,000. The est imated magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. Pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, this is a competitive 8(a) procurement restricted to eligible 8(a) contractors serviced by or having a bona fide office(s) in SBA Re gion IV. Region IV includes the states of: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. Only one award shall be made. Eligible 8(a) firms shall requ est a solicitation package in writing. Requests may be mailed to Directorate of Contracting, HQ US Army Garrison Fort Dix, 5418 South Scott Plaza, Fort Dix, NJ 08640-5097, faxed to Daniel J. Perrotta 609-562-3196 or emailed to daniel.perrotta@dix.army.mil . No telephone requests will be accepted. Requests being sent via mail must contain a verifiable return address or they will not be opened. Pro-Net will be accessed to verify contractor 8(a) eligibility for purposes of solicitation mailing. If your com pany is not registered in Pro-Net a copy of your 8(a) certification letter shall be provided with your request. If you are an eligible 8(a) with a bona fide office in Region IV, but are serviced by a SBA office not located in Region IV you must indicate i n your request the location of your office as well as the address you are registered under in Pro-Net. All requests should include the solicitation number, your company?s name and address, a point of contact, telephone number, facsimile number, email addr ess if available, Taxpayer Identification Number, Cage Code and DUNS number. A bid opening date has not been established at this time but will be annotated in the final released Invitation for Bid.
