- NA Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to perform maintenance and repair services to various buildings, facilities and structures for the 65th Regional Support Commands facilities located in the s outhern portion of Puerto Rico. Locations include: CPL Juan G. Rosario United States Army Reserve Center (USARC), Aguadilla PR; MSG Deonisio M. Claudio USARC, Caguas, PR; LTC Herman G. Pesquera USARC, Juana Diaz, PR; CPT Pedro J. Parra USARC, Juan Mendez, PR; Ramey USARC, Aguadilla, PR; PFC Santos Cruz Aviles USARC, Salina PR; PFC Luis F. Garcia USARC, Yauco, PR; And 1ST BN (LS, 350th REG., 2ND BDE 87th DIV), Juana DIAZ, PR . The period of performance is twelve months from date of award with two one-year option periods. This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract. The Government guarantees a minimum of $12,500.00 per year. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 233320, 1542, $28,500,000.00 respectively. The estimated magnitude of this project is more than between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, this is a competitive 8(a) procurement restricted to eligible 8(a) contractors serviced by Puerto Rico SBA Offices and eligible 8(a) contractors having a bona fide place of business within the geographical boundaries of Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. Only one award shall be made. Eligible 8(a) firms shall req uest a solicitation package in writing. Requests may be mailed to Directorate of Contracting, HQ US Army Garrison Fort Dix, 5418 South Scott Plaza, Fort Dix, NJ 08640-5097, faxed to Daniel J. Perrotta 609-562-3196 or emailed to daniel.perrotta@dix.army.mi l. No telephone requests will be accepted. Requests being sent via mail must contain a verifiable return address or they will not be opened. Pro-Net will be accessed to verify contractor 8(a) eligibility for purposes of solicitation mailing. If your co mpany is not registered in Pro-Net a copy of your 8(a) certification letter shall be provided with your request. If you are an eligible 8(a) with a bona fide office in Puerto Rico, but are serviced by a SBA office not located in Puerto Rico you must indic ate in your request the location of your office as well as the address you are registered under in Pro-Net. All requests should include the solicitation number, your company?s name and address, a point of contact, telephone number, facsimile number, email address if available, Taxpayer Identification Number, Cage Code and DUNS number. A bid opening date has not been established at this time but will be annotated in the final released Invitation for Bid.
