- This is an unrestricted Procurement. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. NSN 5960-01-274-3898, Electron Tube, Raytheon Technical Services Company, P/N 1040891-1; This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) with Options. Incremental pricing is requested 20 through 299 each. Note 26 applies. Copies of this Solicitation will be availabe at the DSCC Website: http://dibbs.dscccols.com afer the issue date. The delivery schedule is 67 within 120 days and 50 every 30 days thereafter. The anticipated issue date is October 01,2002. Offerors must down load the Solicitation and submit their proposals to the address provided in Block 8 of the RFP. Now drawings are available.
