- Description
- The government is seeking proposals for the upgrade of the Data Acquisition, Display, and Control System (DADCS) for the F402/J79 Jet Engine Test Cell located in Building 4188 of the Naval Aviation Depot, MCAS, Cherry Point, NC. The DADCS is used to acquire, display, and record all physical parameters required for depot testing of F402 and J79 engines. This upgrade is to consist of replacement of the existing antiquated computer hardware and software as well as replacement of the existing sub-systems such as Neff Data Acquisition Systems, Throttle, and Facility Control Systems. The objective is to use Commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) technology wherever possible. This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns. The NAICS code is 54152 with a corresponding size standard of $21.0 million.
