Description
This acquisition is for the following item: NSN: 6615-01-419-0126GC, P/N: 9139692-10, Noun: Flight Control, applicable to the HH60G helicopter. FUNC: Altitude hold/hover stabilization system. The basic quantity is 10 each. There will be a basic year option of 1-4 each. There will be two out-year options. The first out-year option will be a quantity range of 1-4 each, and the second out-year option will be a quantity range of 1-3 each. No technical data is available for manufacturing. Destination: Robins AFB GA 31098. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. See WEB page at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ . To Engineering Development Laboratories, Inc., (CAGE 0CDN3), 4391 Dayton-Xenia Dr., Dayton, Ohio 45432, Justification: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1), Only One or a Limited number of Responsible Sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and or to communicate concerns, if any concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or the contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentially as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals in the source selection process.
