- Surveys of Federal Funds for Research and Development (FY 02-06) and Federal S&E Support to Universities, Colleges and Nonprofit Institutions (FY 02-06). The National Science Foundation requires services to collect data on the amount of Federal funds for research and development and Federal science and engineering support to Universities, Colleges and Nonprofit Institutions for survey cycles FY 2002, FY 2003, FY 2004, FY 2005, and FY 2006. We anticipate that the period of performance for this effort will be from October 2002 to December 2007. The anticipated Request for Proposals (RFP) release date is 4/8/02. This acquisition is UNRESTRICTED and is open to both small and large business concerns. No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted. Interested firms must check the Internet at the address below to obtain the actual release date. Copies of the solicitation, attachments and any amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading from the NSF website at http://www.nsf.gov/home/about/contracting/index.cfm. There will be no hard (paper) copies of the solicitation made available. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-MAR-2002).
