Description: Technical Assistance- E-Government Conference The U.S. Trade and Development Agency (TDA) wishes to announce its intent to single source a contract to McConnell International to develop a Briefing Book in support of an E-Government Summit scheduled for November 20-22, 2002. This project requires other than full and open competition because of the compelling urgency surrounding the window of time and deadline to provide technical assistance in key aspects of this Summit. This announcement is for notification purposes only, no offers to perform work will be considered at this time. The estimated costs of this work does not exceed $40,000.
