The US EPA, Headquarters, has a requirement for a one (1) year maintenance agreement for (22) Hewlett Packard LaserJet 5si printers, (4) HP LaserJet Mopier, (1) HP LaserJet 4si, (3) HP LaserJet SiMX and one (1) HP Color LaserJet 4500N. (Period of performance 10/01/02-09/30/03). Contractor shall provide on-going maintenance and emergency repair service and adjustments within eight (8) hours of request. Contractor must furnish all repair parts. Contractor must furnish repair/maintenance service during regular business hours at the EPA offices located in Washington, D.C.
