- Presolicitation Notice FTC 02-16, Janitorial Services is amended to add the following. The Solicitation is tentatively scheduled to be uploaded to www.eps.gov (FedBizOpps) on Friday, September 13, 2002. The Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Visit is scheduled for Tuesday, September 24, 2002 at 9:00 a.m. at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Brunswick (Glynco), Georgia.
