- The US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of the Inspector General through the Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD) intends to issue a commercial item Simplified Acquisition solicitation for Office Space Renovations. HUD Office of the Inspector General in Newark, NJ has a requirement for enlargement of their existing evidence room. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 233310 and the Small Business Size Standard is $28.5 million. The solicitation will be released on or about September 13, 2002. We will post the solicitation to FedBizOpps when it is released. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading.
