- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Washington is intending to award a sole source contract on behalf of the Naval criminal Investigative Services for services. The anticipated award will be a sole source, Firm-fixed price contract for a base year with four (1) year options. It is intended to acquire on-line legal, news, financial, and business information services. LexisNexis is the only source that provides a combination collection of open source material service. The intended sole source is LexisNexis, 1275 Broadway, Albany, NY 12204. Negotiations will be conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of FAR 6.302-1.
