- NUWC-Division Keyport requires three (3) each HP Unix Laptop LCD Matrix PA7300LC portable computer, 180MHz PA-Risc processor 12.1-inch/14.1 diagonal active matrix LCD; 1024X768 resolution, two (2) removable hard drives, 128MB memory, HP Visul=alize-EG Graphics, 4MB frame buffer memory PCMCIA, integrated trackpad battery pack, AC adapter, fast SCSI, Serial/Parallel/AUI Expansion Cable, 10 Baset Ethernet 16-Bit audio Manual Set, HP-UX 11.0 CD with RTU Signal Software CD. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisitio n Circular 2001-09. This requirement is set-aside for Small Business with NAICS code 331525 and size standard of 500. The requirements are to be delivered by 30 Sep 2002, acceptance to be at Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA with FOB Destination. The following provisions apply to this solicitation, 52.212-1 Commercial Items; 52-212-3 Offeror Representation and Certification-Commercial Items, a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 to be submitted with vendor quote; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5. Responses shall be due NLT 1600 hours PT on 09 Sep 2002. Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be used for this procurement. See Numbered Note 1
