- This is a reissue of a synopsis originally posted on 12 July 2002. This is a Commercial Activity Study for Administrative Support Services at the Military Sealift Command (MSC) Headquarters in accordance with Office of Management and Budget Circular A-76. The Service Provider shall provide Office Support and Records Management Support Services at MSC Headquarters. Period of performance is one base year with four one-year options, commencing on or about 09 June 2003. This solicitation is part of a Government cost comparison to determine whether accomplishing the specified work under contract or by Government performance is more economical.
