- NA DESC: Notice of the Government?s intent to award a firm fixed price contract with RefractiveHorizons, L.P. for service licensing agreement usage rights of the Ladarvision System 4000 in support of the war fighter laser refractive surgery training program for Madigan Army Medical Center. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government . Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued. Note 22 applies.
