- NA Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), Fort Sam Houston, TX has a requirement for Interoperative Neurophysiologic monitoring services in the Neurosurgical and Orthopaedic department at BAMC. The term of the proposed contract will be for a base year with one ( 1), one-year option period. This procurement is being conducted as a commercial services acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12. This is a small business set-aside. Requests for the Request for Quotation (RFQ) must be in writing and reference RFQ DA DA09-02-T-0635. All interested, responsible parties may submit a request.
