- NA The U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division has a requirement for 88 each Tarpaulin, NSN: 3510-01-253-4303. Deliveries of the Tarpaulin will be F.O.B. Destination as follows: 48 to New Cumberland Army Depot, New Cumberland, PA 17070 and 40 to U.S Army Distribution Center San Joaquin, Stockton CA, 95296. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Code for this acquisition is 314999. The size standard is 500 employees. This Request f or Quote with attachments will be posted on the Natick Contracting Division?s website; www3.natick.army.mil, on or about September 16, 2002. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by this agency. Quotes may be submitted via fax (508) 233-5286 or sent by overnight or regular mail to Stephen S.
