- Elmendorf AFB, Alaska has a requirement for the General Trucking Services between Elmendorf AFB and Eielson AFB Alaska. The NAISC code is 484110, size standard $21.5M. The Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) F65501-02-A-0019, will be issued as a 100 percent Small Business (SB) Set-Aside. Evaluation will be based on technically acceptable low price. The two (2) low successful offerors will be awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for this service. Non-Personal Services: The contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, vehicles, tool, materials and other items and services as required to perform transportation services for the Government?s freight as set forth in the Statement of Work in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Blanket Purchase Agreement and applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) laws and trade practices. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) to be eligible for award. The CCR Internet web site is http://www.ccr2000.com.
