- Description
- The 319th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Honeywell Inc under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The procurement is for specialized proprietary software to be used at Grand Forks AFB, ND. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The supplies and services consist of the following: maintenance and software support services on the Energy Monitoring and control Systems (EMCS) operating and application system: Micro-Central Excel Plus, Multi-channel gateway, Excel Building Supervisor (XBS) and excel controller software. A full solicitation will be available on or about September 11, 2002. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. All contractors who wish to do business with the DOD must have CCR registration, to register call CCR at 1-800-227-2423 or via the Internet at www.ccr2000.com. A determination by the Government not to compete this purchase order based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
