- Firm-Fixed Price Contract (FFP) for items to renovate a training bay at Beale AFB, CA. Only bids for items that are equal to the specifications and provide the same or equal capabilities will be accepted. This solicitation is set-aside for small business concerns and is under NAICS 337127 with a size standard of 500 employees. In addition, this solicitation will use competitive Request for Quotation procedures and will only be available by downloading from the EPS web site. Quotes are due no later than 2:00 pm (1400) 18 September 2002. Contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity.
