- Description
- The 347 Contracting Squadron/MSCB is seeking sources to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for linen service, delivery and pick up of approximately 200 lbs of linen per week. Linen service is to include the delivery vehicle, and will adhere to the infection control policies in accordance with publications by Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and Infection Control Policy and Procedures Manual on laundry services. The contractor?s facility shall be subject to periodic no notice inspections for compliance. Medical Group linen will be kept separate from other linen at all times during the washing, drying, and pressing cycles. Any government linen lost, damaged, or destroyed due to the laundry process will be replaced at the same quality and value at no cost to the government. Delivery of linen shall be on Mondays and Thursdays between 0830 and 0930. Payment will be made via the VISA Government Purchase Card (GPC).
