- Description
- The Southern Arizona VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS), 3601 S. 6th Avenue, Tucson, AZ 85723 requires a replacement intercommunications system (one each) for this facility=92s Dental clinic. The intercom system shall offer hands free communications and is estimated to consist of the following equipment with approximate quantities: =B7=09Digital switch: 1 each =B7=09Line card: 5 each =B7=09Power supply: 2 each =B7=09Master standard keypad: 24 each =B7=09Master Admin: 2 each =B7=09Program interface: 1 each =B7=09Back box: 24 each =B7=09AM/FM/CD/Tape: 1 each =B7=09Cable: 3 each Price shall include delivery, installation, testing and system end user training. Existing cable pathways are available for installation of the system. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Request for Quotations (RFQ) are being solicited and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular #2001-09. Quotations should include sufficient information to properly evaluate the offered product and a minimum of two references from recent past or current contracts to assist with evaluating past performance. The non-price evaluation factors, when combined, are approximately equal to cost or price. =20 FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; Addendum to 52.212-3: (offerors shall include a completed copy of these provisions with their quotations).
