- Description
- Contractor will provide registry services for Nuclear Medicine Technologist for VISN 21 which includes VA Medical Center, San Francisco, CA, VA Northern CA Health Care System, VA Palo Alto Health Care System, VA Central CA Health Care System, Fresno, CA and VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System, Reno, NV for the period of November 1, 2002 through October 31, 2003 with four one-year options to renew. This procurement is an unrestricted Commercial Item Procurement. The following clauses and provisions apply: 51.212-1 Instructions Commercial Items, 52.212-2 Evaluations- Commercial Items, 52.212-3 Representations and Certifications Commericial Items, 52.212-4 Terms and Conditions Commercial Items and 52.212-5 Terms and Conditions to Implement Statutes and Executive Orders Commercial Items plus addenda. The solicitation may be downloaded o/a September 9, 2002 at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/cgi-bin/WebObjects/BosPublic.woa No e-mail or telephone calls for solicitation packages will be accepted.
