- Description
- Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation and supplies for IV Home Infusion Therapy Services for the VA Medical Center, 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA 92141 for the period of November 1, 2002 through October 31, 2002. These services will be provided throughout Northern CA. This is an unrestrictive commercial procurement. The following clauses and provisions plus any addendum apply: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors, 52.212-2 Evaluations, 52.212-3 Representations and Certifications, 52.212-4 Terms and Conditions and 52.212-5 Terms and Conditions to Implement Statutes and Executive Orders. The solicitation will be available o/a 09/10/02 and may be downloaded at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/cgi-bin/WebObjects/BosPublic.woa No telephone calls or e-mail will be accepted for solicitation documents. All questions must be in writing and may be faxed to (415) 750-2170. No web-based offers will be accepted. The offeror is responsible for downloading all documents and amendments without further notice by the VA.
