- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with format in subparts 12.6.The Request for Proposal number is 575-566-03 and will be available on this website today. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2001-8. National Industrial Classification System (NAICS) 811219 is applied. This solicitation is issued subject to the availability of government funds. This solicitation is unrestricted for the following services: Contractor shall provide full maintenance services and glass coverage for one (1) Computed Tomography Scanner, Toshiba XVision Model TSX-002A, S/N A7562259. Award will be made to that offeror (1) whose proposal is technically acceptable and (2) whose technical/cost relationship is acceptable and is most advantageous to the Government. While cost is secondary to technical, it will be a factor in the award decision. Also, award may not necessarily be made for technical capabilities that would appear to exceed those needed for successful performance of the work. Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 pm (local time) September 19, 2002.
