- Description
- This amends the original notice to change the number of units from 2,500 to 2,700. All other requirements remain unchanged. THIS REMAINS A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETATIVE QUOTES AS REFERENCED BY NUMBERED NOTE 22. However, responses received from responsible sources prior to close of business on 6 September 2002 will be considered. The U.S. Coast Guard intends to award this purchase order on or about September 15, 2002.
