- The U.S. Border Patrol El Paso Air Operations, El Paso, Texas is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation EFO-2-Q-0022 is being issued as a "Request for Quotation" and shall be referenced on any quotation. The quotation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08. The NAICS code is 336413 with a business standard of 1000 employees. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.
