- This is a combined synopsis-/-solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and THERE WILL BE NO WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATION ISSUED. The solicitation is a Request for Quotations and the number is RFQ-02-41-. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08.
