- Solicitation for End Item: B-1B Aircraft, NSN: 1680-01-204-1521, PR: YPG02224000584, Handle, Quadrant, BAE Systems Controls Inc, Cage 89954, P/N 153C6905G1. Critical Application Item. Quantity: 27 each, 100% Option quantity applies. Unrestricted. Other than full and open competition, only one source. FOB: Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Delivery within 150 Days ARO. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. It is anticipated that award will be made via a delivery order against a basic ordering agreement. This synopsis shall refer to Numbered Note 22 and should state that it is anticipated that the award will be made via a delivery order against an existing basic ordering agreement. If it is determined by the responses to the notice of proposed sole source contract action that more than one source can meet the Government?s needs, the buyer shall solicit offers using competitive proposals.
