- 3110-01-094-6792, YPG02247001114, Duplex Ball Bearing. This is a configuration control item to Sikorsky Aircraft Corp (78286) part number 70951-08561-041 Revision H. There are currently no other approved sources. See numbered notes 23 & 26. Unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin with Quality Assurance Provision (B03). This item is also a Navy Critical Safety Item (CSI). Critical Item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: 103 PR to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA within 250 DARO or best possible delivery. 100% option to increase quantity is included in the RFP. Solicitation issue date is September 27, 2002.
