- Description: See numbered notes 9, 12, and 26. NSN 2540-01-381-8988?Adjuster, Vehicular Seat. Being bought in accordance with Army (19207) scour controlled drawing 12446714 and all related data. The approved sources are Isringhausen (62226) P/N 01575 Rev N and AM General (34623) P/N 12446714. Total quantity required is 450 EA with 250 EA to be shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and 200 EA to be shipped to (W62G2T) Stockton, CA 95296-0130, FOB is destination. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp after the issue date 09/25/02. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Requests should include the RFP number, opening/closing date, NSN, purchase Request Number (e.g. YPC/YPE), buyer?s name and your complete name and address. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. This procurement also contains a 100% option for increased quantities and requests incremental pricing from 225 EA to 1350 EA. This is an unrestricted acquisition. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The required delivery is 100 days. A written quotation is required.
