- This requirement previously synopsized as F09650-02-R-0011. Provide all labor, material, plant, equipment, supplies and coordination required for the following project: UHHZ 000466. This project will involve the following: Construct asphalt parking lot B, North West of the junction of 2nd St. and Milledgeville St. The finished parking lot will consist of approximately 71,500 SF of asphaltic concrete paving for an additional 176 parking spaces, concrete sidewalk, one (1) manhole, 12 inch reinforced culvert, numerous trees and shrubbery, surface restoration, and associated work. This requirement will be solicited under full and open competition procedures in accordance with FAR part 14, Sealed Bidding. It is our intention to award a firm-fixed price contract by Invitation For Bid (IFB). The estimated date for the release of solicitation for IFB will be on or about June 14, 2002 with an estimated response date of July 15, 2002. The magnitude of this construction project is between $150,000 and $250,000. The period of performance will be 90 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The Official Copy of the solicitation will not be provided on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) of paper and can only be accessed on the WEB Site: http://fedbizopps.gov/. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 235710, $12.0 Million annual receipts. All prospective bidders/offerors are encouraged to register for each individual solicitation to be added to the electronic source list. The Government is not responsible for notifying potential offerors of changes to the solicitation. All changes, modifications, and other pertinent information will be posted on the web site above for viewing. FBO Note #22 applies.
