- Description
- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is MDA946-02-R0058 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-02 and 2001-03, 19 Feb 2002. (iv) The NAICS is 334220. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is not applicable. (v) Contract Line Item Number: 0001, Item: Two-Way Radio, Quantity: 35 Each (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: Brand Name {no substitutes} Motorola, Model #AAH25RRDC9AA2AN / #HT750-4CH 403-470MHZ; w/battery charger, w/antenna, w/belt clip, w/programming + del; Channel Frequencies: CH1- TX/RX = 464.175, TONE = 88.5; CH 2 - 464.725 & 88.5; CH 3 - 418.575 & 88.5; CH 4 - 418.050 & 88.5 (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point: Delivery required within 30 Days after receipt of award to be shipped to the Dept. of Defense, Federal Office Building #2, Arlington, VA. (viii) The provision of 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial applies to this acquisition. The following is an Addenda to the provision: 52.252-1 Solicitation Provision Incorporated By Reference - This solicitation incorporates one or more solicitation provisions by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Upon request, the Contracting Officer will make their full text available.
