Description
This notice is a combined synopsis/quotation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only quotation, and therefore, a formal written document will not be issued. The quotation document and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08. The Television-Audio support Activity is tasked to purchase the following equipment: Item 1) One (1) each Sony p/n: SVO5800, Editing Recorder/Reproducer; S-VHS; w/built-in TBC; Chroma Process Improvement; 4-channel audio playback system; Dolby noise reduction; frame accurate editing; built-in SMTE time code reader; 9-pin remote interface; character superimposition; on-screen setup menu; correspondence to 16:9 wide screen; auto head cleaner; S-Video signal output (4-pin DIN); PWR RQMTS: 120VAC, 60HZ, Item 2) One (1) each Sony p/n: DSR2000 Editing Recorder/Player; Digital Video; DVCAM digital component recording format; playback compatibility w/all DV (25MBPS) format tapes; Cliplink; 4-channel digital audio editing; RS-422 interface; Pro-Read function; double-scan playback; supplied accessories: AC power cord & operating manual, and Item 3) One (1) each Sony p/n: DNWA75, Betacam SX Format Recorder; Digital Video Cassette; recording 8-bit; 4:2:2 component digital signals using MPEG2 4:2:2P@ML compression technology; enables insert and assemble editing w/the +/-0 frame accuracy enabling precise editing on Betacam SX tape in machine-to-machine or A/B roll configurations; capability to play back analog Betacam and Betacam SP recordings on Oxide or Metal particle tape; equipped w/analog composite and component video I/O, component SDI I/O and 4 channels of analog audio I/O, AES/EBU I/O, and 2 audio monitor outputs as standard; includes: RS-422A control, RS-232C control, parallel 50-pin remote control interface, video processor control interface (parallel 15-pin), and time code I/O; SDTI I/O are optional interfaces (not included); R-Y/B-Y:6.7MHZ; sampling frequency audio 48KHZ (synchronized with video); PWR RQMTS: 100VAC/240VAC, 50/60HZ. The equipment shall be delivered FOB destination to the Television-Audio Support Activity, McClellan, California 95652 not later than 30 days after receipt of order. The Brand named items have been identified as meeting or exceeding the Government?s minimum requirements but are not established as standards upon which other offered brand named items will be evaluated. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Responses to this notice should be provided in writing by 010 Sep 02, 1300 local time. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3 and 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their offer. Clauses at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders?Commercial Items, 52.233-4001, Agency Protests, and the following clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.202-1, 52.203-3, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, and 52.232-33. DFARS 252.204-7004, 252.212-7001, and FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items also apply. The evaluation criteria for this solicitation will consist of the lowest price technically acceptable offer.
