- The U.S. Department of the Treasury, Departmental Offices, intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Haver Analytics for DLX Data Subscription renewal for U.S., Regional, International, and Eurostat DLX Data. The raw data is used to create and support economic policy and decisions. Haver Analytics is the only known source for this data. Any responsible offeror who can provide equivalent subscription shall submit written quotations 4:00 PM, 09-13-2002.
