- Description
- The U.S. Department of Treasury, Departmental Offices, intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Open Text Corporation for application support of Techlib and BasicPlus software. Maintenance is necessary for the software packages, which support the Treasury Library application. Open Text is the only known source for this maintenance. Any responsible offeror who can provide an equivalent package shall submit written quotations by 4:00 PM, 09-13-2002.
