- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to purchase Alarm System Service for Bldg 1520, on-site @ NSWC to include three tasks, on a sole-source basis, from Honeywell, Inc., 7870 Villa Park Drive, Suite 900, Richmond, Virginia, 23229. Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be used in this procurement. The Government will not issue a written solicitation as a result of this notice. Reference NSWC quote N00178-02-Q-0005. Honeywell is the designer, developer and manufacturer of the alarm system and therefore the only qualified source to perform the maintenance required.
