- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following item: 1) Provide periodic and on call maintenance for one year of Nicolet FTIR including Nicolet Nexus 870 FTIR Spectrometer and Nicolet FT-Raman 960 Spectrometer Premier Contract Performance including Nexus TGA/FTIR interface, 710 Omnic Upgraded Spectrometer and performance maintenance visits. Qty 1. This requirement is sole sourced to Nicolet Instrument technologies, Inc. 5225-4 Verona Rd, Madison WI, 53711 for proprietary rights. Any firms believing that they can provide the Maintenance may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
