- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following item: 1) CL 20 Explosive, Class 1.1D, Qty 50 lbs. This requirement is sole sourced to Thiokol Propulsion, 9160 North Highway 83 from Brigham City, UT based on compatibility with formulation currently being used. Any firms believing that they can provide the explosives may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
